1. Free Expedited Shipping for Eligible Packages

Generally, DITRIO.com offers FREE expedited shipping for eligible packages to destinations within the contiguous U.S.
The shipping time to most states is 2-3 business days.

Below is a list of the applicable conditions of this free expedited shipping plan:

  • Applicable for destinations within the contiguous U.S.;
  • Applicable for buying any of the 3 underglow LED strip kits: M8r, M12r, and M18r-T;
  • Applicable for a minimum order quantity for even one package of these underglow kits;
  • Applicable for buying an underglow kit with additional parts (for example, one LED strip kit with a pack of extension cords, then the extension cords will be free for shipping as well);
  • Applicable for a combination of spare parts – individual LED strips or extension cords – with a total amount of more than $50.00;

Note:

  • NOT applicable for an order with only one pack of individual LED strips or extension cords;
  • NOT applicable for a combination of additional parts with a total amount less than $50.00;
  • NOT applicable for an order to be delivered to a destination outside the contiguous U.S.;

If an order includes only the individual LED strips or the extension cords and the total item price is less than $50.00, you will need to pay for the shipping.

DITRIO.com offers 2 tiers of shipping fees and time for general reference:

  • Standard shipping: $5.95 per package, and $3.00 for each additional package, 6-8 business days
  • Expedited shipping: $6.92 per package, and $3.50 for each additional package, 2-3 business days

You can refer to this table for exact shipping fees and time to your destination.

DITRIO.com offers FREE standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and APO, FPO & DPO addresses.
The shipping time is 16-18 business days.

  • Please don’t buy from DITRIO.com if your destination is outside the United States.
  • Consider buying from our store on Amazon.com instead.
  • Fulfillment by Amazon offers a wider range of destinations for international shipping.

Note:
In most cases, packages can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii APO, FPO & DPO addresses.
Certain addresses may not be eligible to receive shipments due to carrier capabilities.
DITRIO.com will notify you after we finish processing your order.

The shipping fees and time listed above apply to the most common conditions.
If you wish to be sure about the exact fees and time for your order, you can check by adding packages to your Cart:

  • Select Proceed to checkout.
  • Select or add your shipping address.
  • Select a shipping speed and select Continue.
  • Select a payment method and select Continue.

The total shipping cost and the estimated date of delivery will be listed under Order Summary.

DITRIO.com calculates delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.

Transit time is based on your chosen shipping service.
We calculate transit time using business days.

 

Saturday and Sunday don't usually count toward the transit time.
We also take holidays into account when calculating the transit time.

First of all, orders placed on DITRIO.com will be processed within 1 business day.
The process includes basic tasks like verifying shipping destinations, booking shipping plans, notifying buyers about the latest steps:

  • Notify buyers when the orders are confirmed;
  • Notify buyers if the orders are not fulfillable and the reasons;
  • Notify buyers when the packages are shipped;

Note:
DITRIO team will try our best to process orders on weekends and holidays.
This is a promise but not a guarantee.

First of all, when you place an order on DITRIO.com, the order processing system will send you automatic emails, notifying some important steps about the package.

  • You will receive an email notification for your order after it is processed within 1 business day.
  • Next, you will receive another email notification, which includes a tracking number (Usually, it takes 48 hours for the tracking information to be available).

There are two ways for buyers to receive tracking information about their packages.

  • Check your email box regularly for automatic notification about the latest status.
  • Or use the Track Your Package button on the footer section of the website, and enter your tracking number manually.

If an order includes multiple packages, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Packages sometimes arrive after the estimated delivery date.
Some of the common reasons for late delivery can be incorrect address; missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number, severe weather conditions, or international customs procedures.

  • You can contact DITRIO Customer Service and let us do the rest for you.
  • Or contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.

Note:
If you haven't received your order but tracking shows as delivered, please send an email to DITRIO Customer Service at [email protected].

Occasionally, packages are returned as undeliverable.
In case an undeliverable package is returned, we'll issue a full refund to the buyer.


The refund includes shipping charges, except for some handling charges.

A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:

  • The address is incorrect or outdated;
  • you use a restricted address;
  • the carrier attempts multiple deliveries but fail;
  • the recipient refuses the delivery.
  • In rare cases, address labels may become impossible to read in transit.
  • The package was damaged in transit.

We can't re-ship packages that carriers return to us as undeliverable.
If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website.

 

If your order can't be delivered as addressed, and you haven't received confirmation of its return or refund 1 week after the estimated delivery date, please contact DITRIO Customer Service.

 

2. International Shipping

As you may understand, it’s always good to reach more customers around the world.
Unfortunately, DITRIO.com can’t offer very good shipping fee rates and time for international shipping to destinations outside the United States due to carrier capabilities.

  • Please consider buying from our store on Amazon.com.
  • Fulfillment by Amazon offers better shipping fee rates, time, and a wider range for international destinations.
