DITRIO APP ON GOOGLE PLAY STORE

1. Information We Collect

DITRIO collects the following information for the purposes mentioned below:

Location Data:

  • We may request access to your device’s location for the following purposes:
  • Enabling Bluetooth discovery features to detect nearby Bluetooth devices for lighting control and synchronization. Under Android 6 and above, location permissions are required to use Bluetooth scanning.

Bluetooth Scanning:

  • We may request access to Bluetooth scanning for the purpose of discovering and connecting to Bluetooth-enabled lights to control lighting effects and synchronize with media.

Access to Music:

  • We may request access to your device’s music library for the purpose of analyzing the music and synchronizing lighting effects and colors to the beat/tempo of songs being played.

Recording:

  • We may request permission to access the microphone for the purpose of detecting audio signals around your device to analyze the tempo and synchronizing lighting effects and colors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information as follows:

  • Location Data: We use location data for Bluetooth discovery. We do not use location data for undisclosed or unimplemented features.
  • Bluetooth Scanning: We use Bluetooth scanning for discovering and connecting to Bluetooth-enabled lights.
  • Access to Music: We access your music library to analyzing the music and synchronizing lighting effects and colors to the beat/tempo of songs being played.
  • Recording: We access the microphone or record audio for detecting audio signal synchronizing the lighting effects.

3. Consent and Control

By using DITRIO, you consent to the collection and use of the information as described in this Privacy Policy. You can control and manage the permissions within the app settings on your device. If you later wish to use the collected data for additional purposes, we will request your affirmative consent before doing so.

4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell or share personal data accessed through the permissions and APIs that access sensitive information for the purpose of facilitating sales.
