1. General Policies for Returns and Refunds

First of all, if you have any questions or issues, the most convenient way to get things right is always to contact DITRIO Customer Service.
We help customers with subjects like initial installation, configuration, troubleshooting after sales.
Definitely will try our best on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.

DITRIO offers a hassle-free “no questions asked” returns policy within 30 days of receipt of shipment if the package is unused and in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

Meanwhile, we offer partial refunds on various conditions:

  • 100% of the item price for packages in original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment;
  • 80% of the item price for packages in original condition within 31 - 60 days of receipt of shipment;
  • 50% of the item price for packages in original condition within 61 - 90 days of receipt of shipment;
  • 0% of the item price for packages in original condition after 91 days of receipt of shipment;
  • 0% of the item price for opened packages with damaged or missing parts, or that have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to DITRIO’s error;

DITRIO.com doesn't accept returns of the following items:

  • Any package missing any part, the sales package, or already used
  • Any package with the sales box while missing its serial number sticker on it (This is because the Return Center may not be able to identify such packages correctly).
  • Any packages sent to you as gifts while you are not the buyer. (DITRIO can’t modify the order without buyers’ permission, and may not be able to identify the correct order in such conditions.

DITRIO will still provide the same support to make sure the products work properly.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect package, please contact DITRIO Customer Service.
We will send you a replacement for eligible items at the same shipping speed.

There are 3 ways to return an eligible package, and you can pick a way that you prefer:

  • Send an email to DITRIO Customer Service and let us do the rest for you: [email protected]
  • Go to the footer section of our website and click the button “Return Your Package”
  • Go to Your Orders and select the item you want to return, and select an option from the Reason for return menu

DITRIO will review your requests and give you an answer within 1 business day.
If your request is approved, then DITRIO will send a return label to your email box.

  • Print the return shipping label for your shipment
  • Package your items for return (remember to add your return label)
  • Find a location to drop off your prelabelled package
  • We confirm the refund within 2 business days after the package arrives at the Return Centre.

Note:

  • Each return label is assigned to a specific return.
  • Don't include items from multiple orders or shipments that are not for this return label.
  • It could prevent your refund from being processed correctly.

If you return a package using the return label provided by DITRIO, and the reason for the return isn't DITRIO’s fault, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You'll be charged a single flat fee for each return shipment:

  • The approximate maximum fee rate for returning an underglow LED strip kit is $15.00
  • The approximate maximum fee rate for returning a package of spare parts is $7.00

 

For a return shipment with a combination of underglow kits and spare parts, the package with the highest per-shipment cost determines the per-shipment fee.
For a return shipment with more than one package, the additional fee for each additional package will be 50% of the first package.

 

Note:

  • The fee rates above are approximate maximum amounts.
  • The actual cost varies depending on specific locations.
  • The deducted amounts may be less than mentioned above depending on your location.
  • For customers in CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI, tax on restocking fees may apply to return items.

After the carrier receives your package, it may take 3-5 business days to arrive at our Return Centre.
Next, it takes 2 business days for the Return Centre to process the package after delivery.
When processing your return is completed, we will issue a refund to your original payment account.

You can check the status of your return and refund in Your Orders by Return/Refund Status.

  • Go to Your Orders.
  • Next to the order, select View Return/Refund Status.

Once we issue your refund, it will go back to the original account with which you make the payment.

It takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

DITRIO.com accepts payment by PayPal at this moment, and it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to arrive in your account after the refund is processed.

2. International Returns

Generally, the return and refund policies are the same for buyers outside the contiguous U.S.
There are only differences regarding the part for return shipping.
Other conditions remain the same unless it is specified below.

If you are outside the contiguous U.S. and wish to return a package, and the reason for return isn't DITRIO’s fault, you need to find a carrier and ship it back to the Return Center with prepaid shipping label.

DITRIO will review your return request and give you an answer within 1 business day.
If your request is approved, DITRIO will send information for shipping it to the Return Centre.

  • Pick a carrier and pay for a shipping label
  • Print the return shipping label for your shipment
  • Pack your items for return and drop them off at a nearby carrier’s location

Last, remember to update the tracking number within your order’s Return/Refund Status.
Or simply tell DITRIO Customer Service by email.

After the carrier receives your package, it may take 25 business days for the package to arrive at our Return Center.
Next, it takes 2 business days for the Return Centre to process the package after delivery.
When processing your return is completed, we will issue a refund to your original payment account.

 

We estimate the conditions and services listed above apply to most cases.
As you may understand, it is difficult to list all possible conditions and solutions for every customer and every case.
